Hi, I'm Missy Gregor. I've been teaching Group Fitness classes since 2015 and hold a 200 hour certification in Vinyasa Yoga, 300 hour certification in Kundalini Yoga & Ayurveda, and certificates in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Sculpt. I'm also a Les Mills BodyBalance Instructor and Warrior Rhythm Instructor. Yoga is for every body, during my classes I offer modifications so every level of Yogi can feel successful in their journey.
